The importance of removal

Taking off your press ons the right way is not only important for the re useable effect but also for the health of your natural nail , by MJP has designed each press on to be long lasting but also no damaging to your natural nail when removed correctly.

To remove your nails you will need a bowl of warm water and soap. Place your hands in the soapy water submerging your nails. Leave them soak until they fall off, if your having trouble you can use your orange wood stick and gently push around the edges so the water can get in between and dissolve the glue . You should be able to reuse your nails if you remove them with care. Buff any access glue off your natural nail and massage in cuticle oil. NOTE: if you remove your nails with acetone they will disintegrate & not be reusable.

No problems Queen ! You can purchase extra glue and replacement nails in the SHOP- Extra's menu.

HOW LONG DO THEY LAST?

They can last up to 2 weeks, depending on how you apply them and treat your claws. Remember your nails are JEWELS NOT TOOLS and application is key to ensure they last you. It is also essential you avoid contact with water and soaking your hands in water as this will break down the glue and the bond it holds to your nail. Make sure you read your application sheet inside your goodie bag and remember you can message me at anytime. xo

ARE THEY LIKE ACRYLIC NAILS?

NO. Press on nails are not like acrylic nails they are only adhered to your nail with glue. If you have a primer at home you can apply this after buffing and cleansing with an alcohol swab to promote adhesion. You must treat them with care as they are not as strong as acrylic nails and over exposure to water or chemicals will break down this bond. Shorter nails will last long. THEY ARE JEWELS NOT TOOLS
