As part of a supporting initiative Mel is opening up her space to other businesses to either help them start or grow in the industry ,without having to take on a huge lease they have options to rent a room if they are in the beauty or cosmetic industry or desk if they are a nail tech - this allows these businesses to work in a professional environment at the fraction of the cost to leasing a whole building.
How it works
Each professional has the option to rent as many days as they want until all days are taken.
The low cost includes the beauty room with a table storage space a vanity and cleaning supplies to adhere to the beauty room health and hygiene protocol. Power and water are also included in this.
Beauty room hired per day
$85 per day paid monthly with one month in advance upon application
$65 per day if renting 3 or more days paid monthly in advance upon application
Nail techs price includes the desk , the lighting , and storage if needed as well as power and water.
rent a bed includes bed , trolley if needed , or you can bring your own
to top it off the automatic marketing working within another professional space. you will also get signange provided by us and can byo ts and cs apply
